In Chinese the phrase "硬件“ is often used in the sense other than that of the English word "hardware" as a computer term. For example, 这个公司的硬件环境不错。办公室硬件太差。I wonder whether there is an English equivalent to 硬件 in this sense? Any suggestion?

This company has great facilities and equipments (for example, its building is beautifully built, they use first-class equipments, etc). But the offices do not have great facilities and equipments (for example,the offices are too crowdy, their computers are old, their printers always go wrong, etc)
