L'espressione in servizio secondo me potrebbe creare equivoci ovvero si potrebbe intendere "quando il conducente è in servizio (lavorativo)" mentre qui il riferimento è al veicolo e in particolare al "système de guidage" del veicolo nelle due ipotesi di "funzionante" o "non funzionante"
