Teil eines Pflegeberichts auf der Intensivstation:

"Patient jetzt voellig unruhig, schwitzt stark, Temp down; Patient gelagert, gibt aber klare Antworten."

An anderer Stelle war davon die Rede, dass die Extremitaeten "eingelagert" waren, und da habe ich mich an Gisela's Antwort von 2005 gehalten (adducted) - aber ist hier dasselbe gemeint? Der Patient hat eine Hueft-TEP hinter sich.

The patient was positioned (prone, supine, on the side or whatever...). Unfortunately the original text mixes nursing tasks (*Lagerung*/*positioning*) with neuropsychiatric phenomena/findings (*gibt klare Antworten*/*responds clearly*). I am quite sure that this is about positioning of a patient in an ICU environment.

  -> Thank you for confirming, S. It is not a non sequitur sensu stricto - :-) - insofar as the first notice (*gelagert*) is in by no imaginable logical means related to the second one. Hence it is not a logical misconclusion but related to pressure of time.
