Czech term or phrase: evidence
Evidence sítí a institucí

-------------------------------

Often repeats and "records" or "record-keeping" sounds a bit gumby to me. Any official term when it concerns computer data? The whole document is about automatically collecting data from different institutions hooked up to a central grid to determine how well they are migrating to IPv6 protocol.

someone sent me a EuroJournal article on this exact subject and they seemed to use "records" or "record-keeping" a lot, even though it seemed a bit odd to me. The other suggestions don't seem right for this.
