Explanation:
1) Pre-Factura, NO ES UN COMPROBANTE FISCAL, sirve por ejemplo cuando debemos preparar una facturación que no puede cerrarse en el momento de confeccionarla, por ejemplo: Supongamos que tenemos un comercio con varios Gestioner de Atención al publico con vendedores, estos generar ventas pero no facturan no cobran, por ende para cerrar una operación estps generan prefacturas, donde guardan el pacto de venta con el cliente y su comisión. El cliente se dirije a la caja y el cajero importa la pre-factura emitida , genera la factura final y cobra al cliente, además este elimina la prefactura generada por el vendedor, pero su comisión si la tuviese queda registrada en la factura emitida.

2) Proforma, NO ES UN COMPROBANTE FISCAL, sirve para operatorias de Leasing ya que los bancos u entidades financieras solicitan este comprobante para iniciar el prestamo. Una vez otorgado el Leasing o crédito esta proforma es convertida como la prefactura en una factura final

3) Presupuesto, Permite generar presupuestos de mercaderías para que un cliente se lleve y pueda analizar la propuesta, además en este comprobante se pueden colocar porductos como opcionales que no cambian el precio total pero permite que el cliente estudie la oferta, al igual que la prefactura contiene datos del vendedor y al regreso del cliente puede ser importada a una factura final incluyendo o no todo lo cotizado al finalizar la factura se puede eliminar el presupuesto, tambien estos comprobantes quedarán pendientes sino se facturan y permiten realizar a los vendedores seguimientos de sus cotizaciones.
