Sollten nach Ablauf der 6 Monate noch Restmengen aus dem Abrufauftrag zur Lieferung anstehen, so sind wir berechtigt, die Restmenge in einer geschlossenen Sendung sofort auszuliefern **oder aber Punkt 2, Absatz 6 unter Stellung einer Nachfrist von 14 Tagen entsprechend anzuwenden.**
