feststellen Explanation: Wprawdzie IMHO NON-Pro, ale pierwsza odpowiedź bardzo mi się nie podoba. Entscheiden = in einem Zweifelsfall anordnend bestimmen. Sąd nie decyduje, że nie ma podstawy do wydania dalszych zarządzeń, lecz _stwierdza_, że podstaw nie ma i decyduje, iż nie wydaje dalszych zarządzeń. Przykład poniżej. das Gericht kommt zu dem Ergebnis Explanation: jeszcze jedna propozycja moim zdaniem "entscheiden" również może być, np. w prawie najmu takie zdania jak: "Entscheidet ein Gericht später, dass kein Grund zur fristlosen Kündigung seitens des Mieters vorlag..." Entscheidet später ein Gericht, dass die Mängel unerheblich waren..", tu też "entscheidet" w sennsie stwierdza i na podstawie tego podejmuje dalsze decyzje. |
