Si nos fijamos en como continúa el texto, « fideicomisos cuyo objeto sea el desarrollo de obras de infraestructura energética» nos indica que no debe tratarse de un fondo de inversión sinó de un contrato de fideicomiso, bastante utilizado para la realización de este tipo de obras. En este caso la traducción que correspondería sería «contrat fiduciaire» o «contrat de fiducie».
