Hello

The above is a job title used to describe someone who works in a back office role in a mortgage company, fulfilling administrative tasks in relation to customer mortgage accounts.

This would be things like locating title deeds, answering customer queries re title deeds, providing financial information re mortgage accounts when requested by solicitors/government departments etc, authorising and issuing refunds to accounts etc...

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

disagree  Thomas Rebotier: Il me semble que le courtier est indépendant de la banque, ce qui n'est clairement pas le cas ici. Par ailleurs un poste de back-office n'est PAS en contact avec l'emprunteur.
