The lab adds a comment: THIS CASE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR LEGAL CONVERSION. How would I translate this into Spanish. Conversion has a lot of meanings.

Asker: Gracias por la pronta respuesta, realmente debo entregar este documento en unas seis horas y quiero estar seguro de lo que pongo. Tratandose de determinacion de filiacion padre/hijo yo pensaria que "conversion" se refiere a herencia, o la patria potestad. En resumen, que se refiera a la relación padre/hijo. No veo que sea término financiero

Creo que, para convertirse en acción legal, es una buena opción. Lamentablemente no tengo referencias, colega, para pasarte. Lo de legally-binding es la pista más certera para interpretarlo, no?

Asker: Gracias por la pronta respuesta. Me parece bastante buena, pero ¿Tienes alguna referencia para confirmar la suposición? en todo caso, ¿hay alguna expresión en castellano para traducirla?

Asker: Como mayor referencia, en el mismo analisis dice: Results of DNA analisis: "Non-legally binding". Por otra parte, hay que recordar que la linea en cuestion dice: This case is not eligible for legal conversion. Es el caso, no los resultados.

Asker: ¿Será tal vez, simplemente: Este caso no es elegible para conversion legal??? (o sea, para convertirse en acción legal??

No doy mas datos porque el original tampoco los da. El documento que tengo menciona tambien el "informed consent", para mayor aclaracion. Saludos.
