Explanation:
For your case, I suggest to translate "the usual yadda yadda" as "مزخرفات/چرندهای همیشگی". However, when it is used in the form of an interjection (which is usually used so), فلان و بهمان is my suggestion. Please notice the definition of the phrase by Macmillan English Dictionary:

used for filling space while talking, either because you cannot remember what you want to say or because you think the details are not important.

ال و بل و از این حرف ها also fits the second case (and to some extend, the first case).

Also چرند و پرند! This, in my opinion, is a nice one since the beat of چرند و پرند corresponds somewhat to "yadda yadda"! I mean چرند و پرند is also rhythmic.
