Hola Raquel. No estoy segura al cien por cien de mi respuesta. Al principio pensé que podía referirse a una confección impecable o algo así (sharp puede ser elegante en un contexto de moda), pero las fotos de google images que aparecen al buscar este término son todas de cortes con ángulos. Para sharp tailoring yo diría "cortes marcados".

En cuanto a quietly sharp tailoring, diría "cortes ligeramente marcados". Aquí no hace un contraste entre dos prendas, sino entre dos estilos o "toques": patterns y tailoring. Aunque si quieres darle más contraste aún a la frase, podrías decir: "cortes elegantes ligeramente marcados".
