I'm looking for the German SAP term for **Output Message Record**.

It's about the creation of Purchase Orders by Vendors and the created document must have an **Output Message Record**. So far I have **Nachrichten-Meldungsprotokoll** or **Nachrichten-Ausgabebeleg**, but I'm unsure if and which one is correct.

Does anyone know the specific German SAP term for it, please?

bin mir nicht 100%-ig sicher... geht es um so etwas wie Fax- oder E-Mail-Versand?
Für diesen Fall wäre die SAP-Komponente innerhalb einer SAP-Applikation die Nachrichtensteuerung und im Falle eines erfolgreichen (oder auch nicht erf.) Versands der Nachricht, kann ein entsprechender Beleg aufgerufen werden.

Autsch...Moment... Bestellungen.. um die geht es... wobei, dass passt auch. Man kann sich zu jeder Bestellung (eigentlich jedem SAP-Einkaufsbeleg) anzeigen lassen, ob z.B. die Druckausgabe oder auch die Weiterleitung per Fax o.ä. stattgefunden hat. Hintergrund. Eine Bestellung darf normalerweise nicht doppelt ausgegeben werden (Risiko, dass dadurch u.U. doppelt bestellt wird).

Jo... hilft... und passt: Du drückst das Druckansichtsymbol und kannst von dort aus Dir anzeigen lassen, ob die Bestellung bereits gedruckt wurde. Hier geht es offenbar um die Überprüfung, ob der Versand der Bestellung tatsächlich erfolgt ist.

You obtain a list of POs by vendor. Data in this report can be viewed in a variety of ways: To display the details of the PO, double-click the document number or click the document and click the Display document icon. To display a Print Preview of the PO, click the document number and click the Print preview icon. Note: ***The document must have an Output Message record.*** Hilft das?

Asker: Das habe ich mir auch gedacht. Diese Termini habe ich mir aus dem TM des Klienten auch so zusammengebastelt, war mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich das so verwenden kann. Danke Oliver (wie immer).
