Gracias de antemano. No tengo mayor contexto, únicamente "call to the Shrink Hotline to place your denounce"

"Prevent shrink with a variety of solutions
As pharmacies and drug stores have diversified and taken on new lines, they have been forced to fight shrink on several new fronts. In addition to traditional at-risk products as razor blades, medications and cosmetics, pharmacies now have to protect against theft of food, beverages and electronics, to name a few.
Checkpoint serves more than 90 percent of drug and pharmacy retailers in the U.S. From advanced EAS systems with dual-frequency alarms and high-performance, small-form-factor EP Labels to innovative solutions for high-theft merchandise"

"One major problem I have encountered is having an employee steal from our store. Victoria’s Secret has many safeguards in place to prevent Shrink from occurring, but it is not fail proof. When I discovered what this associate was doing I immediately reported it to our Shrink hotline and called m Store manager. I told her what was going on and did my part to stop it from happening."

"If I know that someone called the shrink hotline just to get the manager fired or wrote up and there was an investigation and in the investigation the loss prevention guy uses intimidation."

Por cierto, "call to the Shrink Hotline to place your denounce" no es correcto; debería ser "call the Shrink Hotline to make your complaint" o "to report the theft", o algo así.

"BAD TASTE; SHRINK'S HOTLINE
It's almost impossible to speak to a real person on the phone nowadays - people communicate even with their friends by leaving messages on each other's answer machines.
But nowhere is this plague of the 90s more maddening than businesses who offer a list of options. You press the number for the right department only to get the same nasal, snobby female offering another list of choices.
It's enough to drive a person mad. So imagine how hard it is if you are mad...
Recording: "Hello, Welcome to the Psychiatric Hotline.
BLEEP! "If you are obsessive-compulsive, please press 1 repeatedly.
BLEEP! "If you are co-dependent, please ask someone to press 2.
BLEEP! "If you have multiple personalities, please press 3, 4, 5 and 6.
BLEEP! "If you are paranoid-delusional, we know who you are and what you want. Just stay on the line until we can trace the call.
BLEEP! "If you are schizophrenic, listen carefully and a little voice will tell you which number to press.
BLEEP! "If you are manic-depressive, it doesn't matter which number you press. No one will answer.
BLEEP! "Or hold to be connected to the Samaritans."

shrink hotline
Teléfono de emergencia de apoyo psicológico

Explanation:

agree  Claudia Luque Bedregal: This is what I wanted to suggest. I also think this has nothing to do with psychological help, but with the shrinkage/pilfering/theft of merchandise.
4 hrs
  -> Many thanks, Claudia :)

agree  Lydia De Jorge: Agree 100%. I highly doubt that the term 'shrink' would be used for a mental health hotline. Also, although there is no context, it is posted under Marketing-Business (good clue).

-> Thanks very much, Lydia :) Good points. I never thought of looking in Wikipedia, btw!

"Shrink
Shrink can refer to:

Shrink, a slang term for a mental health professional such as a psychiatrist or psychologist and is derived from the word "headshrinker"
**Shrinkage (accounting), A retail term for any merchandise unaccounted for at the time of inventory. Causes of shrink include: associate error, associate theft and customer theft (in that order). Shrink is usually countered by retail Loss/Asset Prevention Officers (LPO/APO) who focus on employee education and training to reduce employee error and theft. The most visible loss prevention technique is battling customer theft with undercover LP officers and CCTV surveillance.***"

"Protecting Company Assets
It is our responsibility to use our Company’s resources appropriately and for business purposes. In particular, we need to protect Dollar General’s physical property—including its facilities, vehicles, equipment, products and monies—from theft, damage, loss and misuse. We may not remove this property from Company premises or use it for personal purposes, unless we have our manager’s approval for incidental use of Company office equipment and clerical services.
We must commit ourselves to preventing shrink. **“Shrink” is any activity that leads to the loss of our Company’s merchandise or cash.** Contact your manager or the Shrink Tip Hotline if you suspect misuse or theft of merchandise."

Suerte y saludos, Marta.
