interval diagnosis Explanation: I don't really know if this term is in common usage at all in English, but it would be analogous to "interval change" which is in common usage, for example to describe any changes seen in the interval between X-rays taken at close intervals. |

further diagnostic work-up Explanation: Not literal, but makes most sense. Literal translation would be "diagnostic work-up during clinical course of disease".... but one never sees that in reports. Either just diagnostic work-up or you may wanna add 'further' because it fits well after your first entry of "Basic diagnostic work-up". One point to note, however: "Diagnostik" is neither diagnosis nor 'diagnostics' ( which is an artificial word that, IMHO, does not exist in EN). http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/714504_3 |
