Explanation:
J'ai trouvé un accord/ un arrangement avec le sous-chef ( vice capo )...

Personnellement j'éliminerais ici les termes militaires ( suggérés par l'italien ) à moins d'avoir un mauvais climat entre le sous-chef et son employé .....
Il faudrait un peu plus de contexte pour rendre l'esprit du texte ....
