INADEQUACY OF DAMAGES
Without prejudice of any other rights or remedies that a Party may have, the other Party acknowledges and agrees that damages alone would not be an adequate remedy for any breach by the latter Party of the provisions of this Agreement and that accordingly the former Party shall be entitled, without proof of special damages, to the remedies of injunction, special performance or other equitable relief for any threatened or actual breach of the provisions of this Agreement.

neutral  Angie Garbarino: secondo me "rimedi" come sostantivo è un calco, diverso sarebbe nel caso del verbo/ non sono d'accordo, in google e' pieno di calchi e il legalese non e' linguaggio da calchi, mia opinione, ovvio.
