Der Richter gewährt eine Frist bis.......zur Zustellung des Antrages an den gerichtl. bestellten SV und die Gegenpartei...

In diesem Zusammenhang kann "notifica" auch als Übermittlung verstanden werden. Korrekter ist mE aber "Zustellung"
