person tracking projects Explanation: Because of the use of the term role, I think this is most probably a person. HERE IS A DISCUSSION OF SUCH A ROLE: A project tracker has the same role: collecting actuals (project data), analysing the data, and producing reports for management, sponsors, and other controlling parties. tool Explanation: My take is that it's a tool here - the spread sheet or other mechanism for keeping track of data, schedules, etc. The "with role, etc." I understand to be what should be put in this tracker. |
