Explanation:
译成“人性的一部分”，我认为有些别扭。看了一下上文，觉得把part of the “Human Condition”译成人之常情更可取。
这种行为(项目失败将认为是外界原因造成的)是人之常情。（不反对这种行为，认为这种行为是人性的一部分，可以理解）
