I appreciate your comments - as I progress further through the document, it becomes more and more apparent what is actually being sold here. Which is the business customer base (or at least, a big chunk of it!).

By the way, I love the cute dog in your profile pic - am currently dog-sitting five dogs (three of them are ours), so am feeling quite doggified (hmm - wonder if that word should be Pro/Non-Pro? :-)) at the moment.

I hate the use of the terms 'pro' and 'non-pro'. they are very misleading imo. Difficult (requiring an expert) and easy are much clearer and show the category has nothing to do with the translator. Any pro translator can ask an 'easy' question after all. We all do when we have doubts.

To those of you who've expressed their feeling that this is a non-pro question: I do appreciate what a "clientele commerciale" is under normal circumstances - my question here is, does this fit within this context of a transfer document? :-)
