Explanation:
If you look at the whole phrase:

"... dans le contexte d'un lien d’indivisibilité existant dans l’esprit des parties entre deux ou plusieurs conventions ...", it is clear that this is something that would only exist in the minds of the parties concerned. I think this should be translated as "intention" rather than "perception" as the latter is too slippery a concept to be used contractually.
