Sponge είναι το σφουγγάρι, sponge bath είναι το πλύσιμο με σφουγγάρι. Στην τηλεόραση έχω παρατηρήσει να το μεταφράζουν και ως ''αφρόλουτρο'', αν και δεν αποδίδει ακριβώς την έννοια του όρου.
