Ho trovato "soffietto", ma considerato che si parla di automobili non mi sembra un termine adatto...

l'ho trovato in un glossario di fernmodellismo che lo traduce come: manicotto/guarnizione di tenuta a soffietto, mantice d’intercomunicazione

da un glossario Bosch per macchina Junker: soffietto (ripiegabile –di protezione della riga ottica)

da un glossario Bosch Kraftfahrtzeugtechnik: eng = gaiter seal; fra = soufflet

quindi in genere sempre come soffietto
