Treasury / IT Financial Planning Explanation: COuld it not simply mean financial planning regarding Treasury and IT: Treasury and IT to be seen seperately. As you just said it is a listing so the spaces to write the headings must be reduced. You could just try : Treasury / IT Financial Planning |

If you google ads for Controller's jobs in Brazil you will see that often the IT department also falls under their supervision (probably in smaller companies).
