It's important to remember that the **sump tank** are storage tanks and not reserve tanks. When the hot oil plant is operating and filled, the sump tank must have an adequate space so that the system can be emptied if necessary.

The **sump tank** is equipped with level indicators that communicate directly with the visualization system of the plant. It is also connected to the automatic filling system of the circuit.

Does anybody know the exact translation of "sump tank" into French ?
