Si tratta del manuale di istruzioni di un barbecue a gas.

Vi riporto un esempio di frase in cui compare l'espressione in questione:

Verschrauben Sie die Überwurfmutter und das Gegengewinde mittels zweier Gabelschlüssel (SW 14 & 17) sehr fest miteinander.

So che si tratta di una chiave a forchetta doppia da 14 e 17 mm, ma non so per cosa stia quel "SW" e ho paura di perdere informazioni per la strada.
