(Plastic) tie Explanation: If that's what I think it is. (With no context provided it's difficult to decide whether it's a plastic tie or a cable tie or both or something else.) I saw that "banding band" on 英辞郎, and it doesn't sound good, although it's quite possible that it's just me. |
