"Limited to the point" é uma expressão idiomática? A mim parece significar uma condição: a obrigação estaria condicionada/sujeita a que o Comprador tivesse pago o preço x. Procede?

Explanation:
"...limitado até o ponto onde o comprador tem pago um preço de compra de R$xx".

Parece que a construção da frase em inglês é mais complicada do que precisa ser (é uma tradução?).
Entendo que o vendedor precisa reembolsar o comprador até o preço que o comprador pagou, e nada mais que isso.

Asker: Obrigada a ambos, faz sentido. O problema é que "limitada ao ponto" não soa muito bem em português. A redação de todo o documento é realmente bem mais complicada do que precisaria, mas não é tradução: é redação de advogado! (Eu posso falar pois sou advogada...)
