German term or phrase: Effektivität
Bonjour,

Je pensais traduire "Effizienz" par "Efficacité", mais ne sais pas du tout comment traduire Effektivität.

Zwei Begriffe aus dem Berufsalltag der Manager:
Effizienz: Effizienz nachhaltig verbessern heisst: was wir tun – richtig tun.
Wenn es jedoch die falschen Aktivitäten sind, auf die wir uns konzentrieren, sind wir weiterhin im Zeitstress.
Deshalb macht es mehr Sinn zu schauen, was effektiv ist.
**Effektivität** bedeutet, die richtigen Dinge zu tun und sich auf das Wesentliche
zu konzentrieren, um so das Ziel zu erreichen.
