Ver explicación Explanation: "Cooperación/Cooperador de la Federación de Estudiantes del Estado, Departamento o número de Registro Electoral de Estudiantes": "Cooperative member of the State Students' Federation, Department or Students Electoral Register number" After some thinking and searching... this could be a posibility, as I don't have any context . I know "dto"in Spanish stands for "descuento" and not for Departamento(dpto), but could that be a misspelling or a matter of use? See explanation Explanation: I know this thread is very old, but I think this could be helpful for future reference. The abbreviation stands for "Cooperador de la función educacional del Estado, Decreto o Resolución Exenta Número".
