Spanish term or phrase: Acta, Libro, Folio
i'm trying to translate these three terms in the context of a Dominican marriage certificate. My attempt is "Certificate No......., Book No......., Volume No.........

I was wondering if anyone with experience in this field could confirm this for me?

Explanation:
Regarding "Act": There is nothing wrong with retaining the author's terminology, if you use quotation marks.
Folio is a bit too technical. Alternatively, Page is sufficient to convey the meaning.

neutral  FVS (X): Sorry, acta has a number of meanings depending on the context, minutes, record, certificate. But not act, certainly not here. Folio is correct. // Just what do you think Act of Marriage means in English??????????? Google translator could do better.

  -> False. "Act" here is a document titled by its author as "Act of Marriage". No need to distort that and translate it as e.g. "Marriage Certificate" or "Certification of Marriage". Likewise, "Book" is childish. "Volume" is preferred.
