A rather strange phrase from the regulations for food products entering Brazil via Correios/Post.
I cant quite fit how this word tacks together the initial and final phrases.
What is it that the ANVISA inspectors, who are responsible for dealing with this sort of postal traffice, have to do with the....'final destination of the product , whose entrance has been prohibited ...etc etc'?

n°15/2011 serao observados e executados pelos fiscais sanitarios da ANVISA, que atuam
no tratamento de remessas postais, competindo aos Correios a destinacao final do
