**acquisitive crime, ***acquiring? (rather misappropriation)
nyereségvágyból elkövetett bűncselekmény, jogtalan elsajátítás/ tulajdonszerzés

Explanation:
acquisitive -> nyereségvágy, kapzsiság stb

‘Acquisitive crime’ covers crime where items are stolen or acquired fraudulently. This includes theft, burglary, vehicle crime and fraud.

A large percentage of acquisitive crimes are committed by illicit drug users not receiving treatment for their addiction, using the proceeds to fund their chaotic drug use. This is the reason for the large increases in treatment services.

The Drugs Act 2005 gave powers for drug-misusing offenders to be tested for heroin, crack and cocaine on arrest for acquisitive offences (for example street robbery and burglary).

While levels of acquisitive crime are falling across the UK, the figures are still far too high. Therefore it remains a priority for community safety partnerships to tackle the issue by bringing offenders to justice, and making it harder for criminals to commit offences in the first place through crime prevention measures and initiatives.
