E' un po' tutto il senso dell'ultima frase che non mi torna... Drehen qui sta per "risolvere", "sistemare"?

Die beiden jeweils zur Verfügung stehenden XXX und YYY zeichnen sich durch eine natürliche Transluzenz aus und sind eine Mischung aus Dentin- und Schneidemassen. Rein aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist dieser Aspekt hochinteressant, denn
Arbeitszeit zu sparen und weniger Material zu verbrauchen, sind zwei Kostenstellen, die ** zahntechnische Handarbeit **
oft nicht drehen kann.

quanto a "drehen" hai visto giusto, comunque, in questo caso sta per
"erreichen, fertig bringen, erzielen, bewältigen"
