il s'agit d'une formation sur la gestion du temps. Voici l'extrait :

Mit bewusstem NEIN sagen in begründeten Fällen kann erreicht werden, dass man sich nicht überlastet und selber zum Hilfefall wird.

En l’occurrence, il est question des personnes qui ne savent pas dire non quand on leur demande de l'aide, si bien qu'elles sont débordées de travail.

Je ne comprends pas la dernière partie "und selber zum Hilfefall wird. "
