logistic ou logistics: conforme o 1º link abaixo, "logistic" é como se escreve o adjetivo de "logistics".

Agora a palavra "plataforma": entendo isso no contexto como a política de transporte: no 2º link (Michaelis) achamos: 14 Programa de governo.

Sujeito a correção, acredito que seria melhor usar a palavra "policy" em inglês.

neutral  Martin Riordan: "logistics" here is not a noun, but an adjective of "plataforma". As to a physical location, from the context it incorporates several CLIs. Can one physical location incorporate several physical locations?

  -> Uma plataforma logística contém diferentes zonas. Se entendermos as zonas como centros e a plataforma como o conjunto desses centros, acho que sim. E sim, lotistics aqui tem função adjetiva.
