a view of the IT system and of the business aspect Explanation: What is End-to-End Service Management? End-to-end service management can be defined from two perspectives: the business perspective and IT service provisioning perspective. From the business perspective, the end-to-end service is defined in the context of a business customer transaction (e.g. an end-to-end customer ATM service) or in terms of a business user transaction service (e.g. an end-to-end Order Management service). From the IT service provisioning perspective, the end-to-end service is the concatenation of all the necessary IT service components that each of the technology tower organizations provision under an agreed set of Service Level Agreements (SLA) to deliver a business service end-to-end. http://www.onsett.com/html/Managing E2E Services.pdf So for end-to-end services there are 2 aspects to consider - the IT aspect and the 'business' aspect |

an clear picture/understanding of the IT system and business aspect Explanation: I think they are referring to the fact that they want to get a clear idea of how the company works on a business level and to know more about the IT system therefore something like I have suggested above may be better. Also I would look at the word business aspect and try to say something more idiomatic maybe even the business side (of the company)/ the way business is carried out |
