I'm so sorry, maybe you're right, I should have explained a little bit more.
It's an abstract about a case study on colours, but the way it was applied in the tv show Big Brother Brasil 9, and how it effects its participants.
That's the transcription:
"...O estudo de caso aborda análise de alguns ambientes internos da casa/ cenário selecionados para efeito de análise do cômodo e da relação que este possuía com os participantes. Também foi adotada metodologia de observação de três participantes chaves, considerando o perfil de cada um deles para que a análise fosse concluída..."

This is the obvious translation, but as Douglas points out, additional context might call for another solution.

Either there is something niggling you with the straight "Three key participants" translation or you need to add more context, if you would be so kind
