The worksite offices must have:

There is no other context as this appears as a stand-alone item in a list. It is not mentioned again anywhere in the document, and the preceding and following list items are "telephones" and ""fax lines".

I have drawn a blank at all corners, and can't even ascertain whether the acronym is French or English.

All ideas welcome.

CFA is frequently linked with CFO in contract work.

Of course, the French obsession with using acronyms can be confusing - I sometimes get paranoid enough to think this is deliberate; e.g. it can also mean Centre de Formation des Apprentis, Conseil des Forces armées, capacité de fixation en acide, randomly selected from many possibilities that wouldn't apply here.
