Explanation:
Assuming your support à billots is in fact the VERTICAL component shown in your reference, they are what "The Official New Zealand Truck Loading Code" issued by the NZ Land Transport Safety Authority refers to as "stanchions".

On the other hand, if it is the horizontal part along the edge of the deck into which the stanchions are inserted, it is a "bolster".
