English term or phrase: Letter of Professional Standing
I am translating a document from the Irish Teaching Council. The title is: Letter of Professional Standing.

It describes the qualifications of a registered teacher and the ages he can teach to with that qualification.

Do you know if there is a stablished name for this document in Spanish? I am thinking about these:

Carta de capacitación profesional
Carta de estatus profesional

But I am not too convinced... any sugestions?

Thanks

Asker: Formación Profesional in Spanish generally refers to Vocational education... not valid here.

Asker: Thank you anyway

certificado de ejercicio profesional

Explanation:
This term is commonly used for nurses. The Ministry of Education explains what it contains (categoría profesional, características generales de los puestos en que se ha ejercido, campo de especialización, fechas de ejercicio).

I haven´t seen it used for teachers but I would feel comfortable doing so because I don´t think there is a ready made term in Spanish. I actually have one of them but I don´t remember having a particular name for it.

I would be very careful using terms such as "certificado de formación profesional" or "certificado de profesionalidad" because they are routinely used for other very different purposes. The former usually refers to a vocational qualification, the latter is used for skill accreditation programmes and such like (see web ref)

Asker: I don't think I can use it here. I see what you mean, I know this document for nurses, but the document I am translating does not say anything about previous working experience... just states the qualifications and the level for which the qualifications are valid. Maybe the person never worked as a teacher before... But thanks for the suggestion.
