French term or phrase: autorise le titulaire à porter
Le present diplome autorise le titulaire a porter le titre legalement protege de "Expert-compatable diplomle".

The above sentence is part of a diploma that needs to be translated.

I have searched on the net to find examples of different master's diplomas to find a parallell text.

However, I have not found one that would translate the above.

I know that in terms of diplomas there are standard phrases, especially when it comes to diplomas. However, I have translated this sentence literally.

Is it okay to translate this sentence literally as follows; "This diploma authorises the holder to bear the legally protected title, of XXX.

Does anybody have any thoughts on my choice of translation or any improvements?

many thanks for any help!
