"sin observarse imagen franca de compresión radicular, se recomienda correlacion clínica"

Se trata de una resonancia magnetica de la columna lumbar y esta expresión "imagen franca" en el informe me tiene un poco dudosa. Quiere decir que no hay una imagen evidente/obvia de una compresion radicular?? Podria traducirse como "evident/obvious image"??
