1) to keep the flying metaphor: soaring. 2) "admiration" can also be translated as "wonder" which, I think, is more appropriate for this overblown prose.

  -> "she" is "elle" the first word in the phrase as presented by the asker, I assumed it was the designer, but I see now, that it could be "it" in English..
