Bus/Financial - Management / evalution of research projects
Spanish term or phrase: manejo de técnicas
[Please note: I have put this under Business/Management as the closest I could find, in the absence of a "research" category]

This falls under a list of areas that are evaluated before a research project is approved:

Capacidad formativa.

I found the following:

But still struggling to come up with the right term in English...
Can anyone help plese?

Courses in using techniques
Courses in the use of techniques

Although, it occurs to me it might mean "technology", i.e. courses in working with technology like software.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Simon. Thanks a lot for your help today. I was thinking "techniques" too, but I checked to see if "manejo de técnicas" had some special meaning and then came across the link that I posted in the question, which sowed doubt in my mind...

agree  neilmac: "Research techniques" is what I'd go for... I don't think a verb (use, etc) is necessary for a heading...
