English translation: DVDs: film scores / concert performances

English term or phrase: Soundtracks and performance on DVD
There will be two links on the website of a symphony orchestra:

One takes you to a list of movies on DVD, for which the orchestra plays the soundtrack
The other takes you to a list of DVDs with "typical" performances of the orchestra playing music.

How can these links be named so that it's obvious where they take you, but so it's reasonably concise?

In the first case, it must be obvious that the link pertains to movies, not simply to soundtracks on CD.

Many thanks for sensible suggestions!

Explanation:
If possible within the page layout, I'd get rid of the DVD bit right from the outset.

'film scores' is a good way of conveying the idea, especially for something like an orchestra.

And since these are video recordings, one can pretty much assume that the others are going to be 'concert' performances (otherwise there'd be nothing to watch, would there?) — unless they happen to be TV studio recordings; but even if that were the case, I think 'concert' is acceptable (there's nothing to say that the concert couldn't be in a studio!)

'concert' doesn't necessarily need to imply 'live' (i.e. in the sense of with an audience) — it's difficult to see how you could make a DVD of an orchestra's music other than by showing them playing — unless of course it is simply their standard studio recordings, covered by a montage of pretty pcitures; but if that's so, I think I'd be a tad disappointed if I'd bought that DVD!

Then I think 'concert performances' would be acceptable, even if not perhaps 100% accurate.

The reason that orchestras' live public concerts are (relatively!) rarely recorded is that the acoustic conditions for concert hall performances are rarely the best for recordings, and many listeners dislike the distractions of noise from the audience, applause, etc.

There are also of course often contractual or logistical problems about location TV recording at live concerts, not least of which may also be the cost! Not all venues lend themselves to all the paraphernalia of multi-camera TV recordings, which is the technique most often used for orchestral music.

Yes, but it's still a drop in the ocean comapred with their mainstream sound recordings. s I said, there are so many technical / logistical problems to be overcome, it tends often to be associated with some star figure or special event, and sometimes on the back of broadcast TV coverage, simply in order to get the budget to be abel to do it properly.

disagree  Tony M: That would suggest there is such a thing as a DVD film, which I don't believe for one moment is implied by the EN source text

Notes to answerer
Asker: Film scores are good. Thanks. I've been told there are no actual live performances on DVD, so the word may not be useable, but I your ideas are fine. Thanks.

Asker: Tony - yes, these are just films showing the orchestra playing a piece of classical music, except there is no audience. There is also some documentary material about a conductor, where the orchestra plays a prominent part in that film. For reasons unbeknownst to me there are no official DVDs of the orchestra's live performances available.

Asker: I don't quite agree that live orchestral performances are relatively rarely recorded. Record company catalogues abound with DVDs of concert performances by famous musicians/ conductors/ orchestras.
