Ceci dit, d'après les définitions que je trouve, le Bagno gorgogliato est : bagno termale salsoiodico + massaggio idrico a œ atmosfera + decotto concentrato di alghe e piante marine termali.
Si c'est le cas, tu pourrais écrire "bain d'hydromassage/à remous enrichi aux plantes marines"

D'après ce que je lis sur les sites italiens, il me semble que ce sont deux choses différentes en effet. As-tu la possibilité de demander des précisions à ton client? Ce serait plus sûr....
