From US Legal:
"Cash is, of course, the most liquid of assets. But in business circles, the definition of cash is expanded beyond currency (coins and paper money) to include checks, drafts, and money orders; the balance in any company checking account (provided there are no restrictions attached to the account); and even less liquid assets that are nonetheless commonly regarded as cash equivalents."

business community / business quarters

Explanation:
Én ezt szebbnek találom, ráadásul több szótárban is szerepel, tehát mások is így érzik. Az üzleti kör azt a _közösséget_ jelöli, akik valamilyen üzletekben érdekeltek.

Example sentence(s):
  • In a press statement issued here Wednesday, the newly elected President of the Lahore chamber of commerce and industry said that the date should be extended by one month so that business community could easily submit their returns.
  • Dave King ALEX Salmond's government were yesterday accused of turning their back on Scotland's business community.

neutral  Ildiko Santana: When there is an exact, precise and straightforward equivalent (üzleti körök=business circles), why not use it? Business community is a synonym for business circles... :) (I would avoid using "quarters")
10 mins
  -> It may be a preferential difference and maybe both can be used. Most terms may have several different translations, that simple. :)
