Con il presente atto si costituiscono in giudizio xxx S.p.A., come in epigrafe rappresentata e difesa, contestando – per quanto di ragione - tutto quanto dedotto in fatto e in diritto da parte attrice, sia in ordine all’an debeatur sia in ordine al quantum debeatur, per le ragioni di seguito esplicate. FATTO La ricostruzione dei fatti nonché della dinamica dell’incidente operata dalla difesa attorea è oltremodo sintetica e lacunosa - soprattutto con riferimento allo scontro tra l’autovettura xxx e l’autocarro xxx, che è all’origine dell’incidente per cui è causa - e necessita quindi di essere integrata.
